چکیده
Samenvatting Mannen die seks hebben met mannen (MSM) vormen een zeer diverse groep; op aantal punten verschilt het seksuele gedrag van de normatieve heteroseksuele man. Het is voor uroloog belangrijk kennis te seksualiteit en gevolgen daarvan bij urologische ziekten, fronten anders zijn. Dit artikel beschrijft accentverschillen in beleving MSM. geeft overzicht verschillende diagnosen problemen, waaronder erectie- ejaculatiestoornissen, prostaatproblemen, hypogonadisme behandelingen, hun relatie tot beleving. Urogenitale maligniteiten zoals blaas-, prostaat-, penis- testiscarcinomen komen vaker hiv. Chemseks (seks onder invloed drugs) verhoogt risico problemen soa, door onveilige (ruwere) meerdere sekspartners waarmee chemseks gepaard gaat. Meer open gesprek over MSM zal leiden meer acceptatie behandelingen
